Fill jar with organic apple cider with mother (Bragg is our preferred brand). If using a metal lid place a piece of wax paper on top and then screw down the lid, this prevents rusting. Let infuse for 30 days. Be sure to shake your jar gently every few days to make sure ingredients are staying covered. Strain vinegar using cheesecloth and a funnel, discard solids. Add 1\/4-1\/2 cup of local raw honey and stir to combine. Your fire cider is now ready to drink. Since the ingredients were dehydrated this infusion can be stored at room temperature but you can store in the refrigerator as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDirections for use\u003c\/strong\u003e: Lightly shake bottle before pouring. Take 1 tablespoon to 1 ounce as a shot or mix with your beverage of choice such as ginger ale, water or apple juice. Can be taken 1-3 times daily.
