Fire Cider is an herbal apple cider vinegar tonic meant to boost your immune system, increase circulation, clear sinus passages and ward off colds. There is no one recipe to follow for Fire Cider but all recipes use Organic/Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the probiotics, enzymes, and nutrients intact.

Ingredients:

Bragg's Raw, Unfiltered, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Horseradish: antibacterial and antifungal, anti-inflammatory, respiratory aid

Ginger Root: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, aids in digestion

Turmeric: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, rich in phytonutrients

Garlic & Onion: antibacterial and antifungal properties, high in antioxidants, detoxifying

Cayenne & Jalapeno Peppers: increase circulation, boosts metabolism, supports immune system

Lemon: provides vitamin C, antioxidant, detoxifying, aids digestion

Thyme: antifungal and antibacterial properties, supports respiratory system and acts as an expectorant

Rosemary: antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, reduces inflammation of airways, expectorant

Raw Honey(local): antibacterial and antifungal properties, soothing to the throat

Directions for use: Lightly shake bottle before pouring. Take 1 tablespoon to 1 ounce as a shot or mix with your beverage of choice such as ginger ale, water or apple juice. Can be taken 1-3 times daily. Take before traveling and large gatherings to boost your immune system, to ward off colds and to increase circulation.
