This versatile, eco-friendly hardwood flat spatula is the kitchen staple you didn't know you needed. Made from your choice of beech or walnut hardwoods, finished with food grade oil & wax. Available in 2 lengths approx. 10" and 13".

These are great for stir-fry, breaking up ground meat, scrambling eggs and sautéing. Safe for use cast iron and non-stick cookware. The angled edge makes short work of deglazing those flavorful brown bits off the bottom of the pan. The design fits comfortably in your hand and is made to tackle tough jobs in the kitchen.

We recommend hand washing and air drying and benefits from the occasional application of our wood conditioner or flax seed oil.
