A bright, tangy hot sauce that has a complex medium hot flavor. Green serrano, sweet bell & Anaheim peppers all grown here at the farm are fermented and then we add ancho powder for a touch of smoke. The result is a well balanced hot sauce that can be used to enhance any dish.
