Queen of Hungary's Water Herbal Facial Toner
One of the oldest herbal recipes, the Queen of Hungary’s Water, is a richly aromatic skin toner. Using toner after washing your face helps to bring your skin's pH level back to normal & tightens the skin. According to legend, the aging Queen of Hungary requested a tonic to restore her youthfulness. Her alchemist came up with a formula so effective that the 25-year-old Grand Duke of Lithuania asked for her hand in marriage...she was 70!
This refreshing variation is my version of a very old recipe.
Ingredients: Organic witch hazel extract that has been infused with lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, rose, calendula, comfrey leaf, lemon peel, rosemary, sage, peppermint, elderflower and helichrysum flower and organic rose hydrosol.
How to use: Mist toner anywhere on your skin that needs freshened. Feels especially rejuvenating when stored in the refrigerator.
